TERMS & CONDITIONS
Buying a cymbal
1. If you buy a cymbal but want to cancel your order before we dispatch it you can.
2. We can decline to supply a cymbal to you at any point before its dispatch and will refund any money you've paid.
3. Once a cymbal is dispatched a contract is made between us.
4. You must have an email address to buy from us and you agree that email can be used as our means of communication.
5. We will send your receipt, dispatch date and tracking details via email.
6. You must ensure you are able to receive emails from us at "info@cymbaljunkie.com".
7. You must ensure all details you provide when you order or buy cymbals are correct, that any credit or debit cards, PayPal or bank accounts you use are your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the cymbals.
Processing orders and delivery
8. We debit payment cards and accounts on the day the order is placed. All prices include taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
9. Cymbals will be sent to the address you supply in your order.
10. We aim to dispatch all cymbals in the timescale stated, but sometimes we may not be able to do this until the working day after the one stated. If this occurs we will notify you of the delay.
11. We only use reputable couriers, but we are not responsible for any delays once cymbals have left our possession.

VAT, duty & import charges
13. If you are buying a cymbal from outside the UK you may charged import VAT, duty and customs clearance fees by your country. These charges are set by your country and we have no control over them. All such customs fees must be paid by you, unless you choose to have Cymbal Junkie pay them for you prior to purchasing.

Returns
15. New cymbals have a 28 day returns option: You must request a return within 14 days of the date you received your cymbal and you have a further 14 days physically return it. Pre-loved cymbals have a 14 day return option: You must request a return within 7 days of the date you received your cymbal and you have a further 7 days to physically return it.
16. All return postage or shipping is payable by you.
17. All cymbals must be returned in the original box and using the original internal packaging.
18. All cymbals must be returned in the same condition they were sent, showing no signs of use or abuse.
19. Cleaning cymbals with cymbal cleaner, or household or professional cleaning products will void your right to return.
20. Altering or modifying a cymbal in any way will void your right to return.
21. You are responsible for the safe return of your cymbals . We strongly suggest using a good courier and choosing a tracked and insured service. Please note some courier's insurance does not include musical instruments, or has many exclusions or value limitations on them. Please check their Ts & Cs before you insure your cymbal with them.
22. Any VAT/duty or customs charges we have to pay to receive cymbals returned from outside the UK will be deducted from you refund amount.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly sent cymbals
24. If a cymbal arrives to you damaged or defective, or is not the cymbal you ordered we will replace the cymbal where possible, or refund the amount you paid for it.
Warranties
25. All new cymbals come with a manufacturer's warranty. Pre-loved cymbals do not come with a warranty unless otherwise stated on the listing.

Liability
27. We reserve the right to change information, specifications, descriptions and prices of cymbals at any time.
28. The cymbals sold on this website are for your personal use and not for re-sale or distribution. We do not accept liability for any loses whatsoever (either direct or 3rd party) that arise out of the use of this website, or any cymbals purchased from us, that are not used in accordance with these terms and conditions.
