Cymbal warranties

Here are the warranties offered by each maker:

New cymbals

Istanbul Agop - 1 year

Istanbul Mehmet - 1 year

Bosphorus - 2 years

Cymbal Craftsman - 1 year

Timothy Roberts - 1 year

Quijano - 1 year

Collingwood - 1 year

Anatolian - 1 year

Samsun - 2 years (rides and hi hats) 1 year (all other cymbals)

Turkish - 2 years

Diril - 1 year

Pre-loved cymbals

Pre-loved cymbals come with a 3 month Cymbal Junkie guarantee.

Warranty conditions

All cymbal warranties are offered with the following conditions:

1. Any issues must be reported to us within the warranty period.

2. Warranties cover you for any issues caused by a defect with either the cymbal's material or its manufacture.

3. Warranties do not cover issues caused by improper cymbal playing or mounting, neglectful storage or carriage, or misuse and abuse.

4. Modifying a cymbal in any way will void the warranty.

5. Claims will initially be dealt with using photographs, but you may need to return the cymbal to us for inspection. If this is the case you pay for the return postage.

6. We will consult with the maker about the issue and may need to send the cymbal back to them to inspect too. If this is the case we will pay for the shipping.

7. If the issue is covered by the warranty you'll either receive a replacement cymbal of the same make, size and model, or the cymbal that you have will be repaired. These are done completely free of charge.

8. If the issue is not covered by the warranty then the cymbal will not be replaced or repaired. However we will return it to you free of charge.

9. The manufacturer's decision on whether an issue is covered by their warranty is final.

10. We are only liable to deal with warranty issues for our own customers on cymbals bought directly from us.
