Bosphorus - 2 years

Anatolian - 1 year

Samsun (rides & hi hats) - 2 years, (all other cymbals) - 1 year

Turkish - 2 years

Diril - 1 year

Collingwood - 1 year

Pre-loved cymbals

Pre-loved cymbals do not normally come with a manufacturer's warranty as they have usually already outlived it. If a pre-loved cymbal is still be within its warranty period it will be stated on the listing.

Warranty conditions

1. All warranties run from the date you receive your cymbal.

2. Warranties cover you for any issue caused by a defect with the cymbals material or manufacture.

3. Warranties do not cover issues caused by excessive use, misuse, neglect or abuse.

4. Modifying a cymbal in any way will void your warranty.

5. Faults must be reported to Cymbal Junkie within the warranty period.

6. You must return any faulty cymbals to Cymbal Junkie for inspection and pay for the return postage.

7. Cymbal Junkie may need to send faulty cymbals back to the manufacturer for their inspection too. If this is the case we will not charge you for the shipping involved.

8. If a fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty a replacement cymbal of the exact same make, model and size will be made by the manufacturer. This cymbal will be sent to you free of charge. This process normally takes between 8-12 weeks.

9. If a fault is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty then the cymbal cannot be replaced. Cymbal Junkie will return your cymbal to you free of charge.

10. Manufacturer's cymbal warranties usually travel with a cymbal if it is sold on. However, Cymbal Junkie is only liable to deal with warranty claims on cymbals bought directly from us. Faulty cymbals bought from a 3rd party must be dealt with by them or the cymbal manufacturer directly.
