TERMS & CONDITIONS
Buying a cymbal
1. If you buy a cymbal but want to cancel your order before we dispatch it you can.
2. We can decline to supply a cymbal to you at any point before its dispatch and will refund any money you've paid.
3. Once a cymbal is dispatched a contract is made between us.
4. You must have an email address to buy from us and you agree that email can be used as our means of communication.
5. You must ensure all details you provide when you make a purchase are correct, and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the cymbals.
Processing orders and delivery
1. We debit payment cards and accounts on the day the order is placed.
2. All prices include UK taxes.
3. Cymbals will be sent to the address you supply in your order.
4. We aim to dispatch cymbals in the timescale stated, but occasionally we may not be able to do this until the following day.
5. We are not responsible for any courier delays once cymbals have left our possession.
VAT, duty & import charges
1. If you are buying a cymbal from outside the UK you may charged import VAT, duty and clearance fees by your country.
2. You are responsible for paying these customs fees.
Returns
1. New cymbals have a 28 day returns option. You must request a return within 14 days of the date you received your cymbal and return it to us within 14 days after that.
2. Pre-loved cymbals have a 14 day return option. You must request a return within 7 days of the date you received your cymbal and return it to us within 7 days after that.
3. All return postage or shipping is payable by you.
4. Cymbals must be returned in the original box, using the original internal packaging.
5. Cymbals must be returned in the same condition they were sent, showing no signs of use or abuse.
6. Cleaning cymbals with cymbal cleaner, or household or professional cleaning products will void your right to return.
7. Altering or modifying a cymbal in any way will void your right to return.
8. You are responsible for the safe return of your cymbals . We strongly suggest avoiding cheap couriers and choosing a tracked and insured service.
9. Be aware that many courier's insurance either does not include musical instruments, or has many exclusions or limitations on values. Always check the courier's insurance Ts & Cs before you buy it.
International returns
1. Any UK VAT, duty or clearance fees we have to pay to receive your cymbals will be deducted from you refund amount.
Damaged, defective or incorrectly sent cymbals
1. If a cymbal arrives to you damaged or defective, or is not the cymbal you ordered we will either replace the cymbal, or refund the amount you paid for it.
Warranties
1. All new cymbals come with a manufacturer's warranty.
2. Pre-loved cymbals do not come with a warranty unless otherwise stated on the listing.
Liability
1. We reserve the right to change information, specifications, descriptions and prices of cymbals at any time.
2. The cymbals sold on this website are for your personal use and not for re-sale or distribution.
3. We do not accept liability for any loses whatsoever (either direct or 3rd party) that arise out of the use of this website, or any cymbals purchased from us, that are not used in accordance with our terms and conditions.
