UK returns
We have a no quibble returns policy on all stock cymbals. You can get a full refund or choose another cymbal.
New cymbals - 28 day returns
Contact us to request a return within 14 days of the date you received the cymbal. You then have a further 14 days to send the cymbal back.
Used cymbals - 14 day returns
Contact us to request a return within 7 days of the date you received the cymbal. You then have a further 7 days to send the cymbal back.
Returns conditions
To return a cymbal in the UK you must:
1. Request and return the cymbal within the required time.
2. Return the cymbal in the same condition you received it.
3. Return the cymbal using the original box and protective packaging.
4. Pay for the return postage.
5. Not have cleaned the cymbal with cymbal cleaner, or any other professional or household cleaning products.
6. Not have modified or altered the cymbal in any way.
Returns exclusions
Please note that custom order cymbals are not included in our returns policy as they are ordered or made specifically for you.
International Returns
We have a no quibble returns policy on all stock cymbals. You will get a full refund for the amount you paid for the cymbal (excluding the original shipping cost).
New cymbals - 28 day returns
Contact us to request a return within 14 days of the date you received the cymbal. You then have a further 14 days to send the cymbal back.
USED cymbals - 14 day returns
Contact us to request a return within 7 days of the date you received the cymbal. You then have a further 7 days to send the cymbal back.

1. Request and return the cymbal within the required time.
2. Return the cymbal in the same condition you received it.
3. Return the cymbal using the original box and protective packaging.
4. Pay for the return shipping and any customs / VAT/ duty charges.
5. Not have cleaned the cymbal with cymbal cleaner, or any other professional or household cleaning products.
6. Not have modified or altered the cymbal in any way.
