We have a no quibble returns policy on all cymbals.

You can get a full refund or choose another cymbal.

NEW cymbals - 28 day returns

To return a NEW cymbal simply:

1. Contact us to request a return within 14 days of the date you received the cymbal.

2. Send the cymbal back so we receive it within 14 days after that.

3. Return the cymbal in its original brand new condition.

4. Return the cymbal using the original box and protective packaging.

5. Pay for the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE:

DO NOT clean the cymbal with cymbal cleaner, or any other professional or household cleaning products, or modify / alter the cymbal in any way as this will void your right to return it.

PRE-LOVED cymbals - 14 day returns

To return a PRE-LOVED cymbal simply:

1. Contact us to request a return within 7 days of the date you received the cymbal.

2. Send the cymbal back so we receive it within 7 days after that.

3. Return the cymbal in its original used condition.

4. Return the cymbal using the original box and the protective packaging.

5. Pay for the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE:

DO NOT clean the cymbal with cymbal cleaner, or any other professional or household cleaning products, or modify or alter the cymbal in any way as this will void your right to return it.

IINTERNATIONAL RETURNS
