We pack our cymbals with great care. Each cymbal has padded wrapping, a cross brace, double edge protection and support under the bell. It's then placed in a strong double wall box which is clearly marked as fragile and sent out only using reputable couriers. All our packaging is 100% recyclable too.

UK Postage

Order by 6pm Monday to Thursday for next day dispatch. Order Friday and Saturday for Monday dispatch.

UK Mainland

Postage is £5.

1 working day courier service.

N Ireland, Rep of Ireland, Isle of Wight

Postage is £10.

2 working day courier service.

Scottish Highland and Islands

Postage is £20.

2 working day courier service.

International Shipping

Order by 6pm Monday to Thursday for next day dispatch. Order Friday and Saturday for Monday dispatch.

2. Click on the 'estimate shipping costs' drop down list, then select your country .

3. The amount shown is your exact shipping price.

Vat, Duty & Customs Charges

If you are buying from outside the UK you may be charged import VAT/duty by your own country. There are 2 ways you can pay this charge:

1. Pay separately yourself.

This is just the usual way to shop on-line. Buy your cymbal using our shopping cart and checkout in the normal way. You pay us for the cymbal and shipping, then you'll be billed separately for the customs charges in your country just before your cymbal is delivered.

2. Pay with your purchase.

Contact us stating the cymbal you wish to buy, your full address, email and phone number. We'll calculate the complete cymbal, shipping & customs charge price. Then if you decide to proceed you pay us for everything and we pay the customs charges our end before we dispatch your cymbal.
