Paul was director of cymbal innovation at Zildjian and worked there for 32 years before starting his own company.

This Royal Cymbals 22" Cymbal Cratsman EAK style ride (2941g) was made for us slightly thinner than typical for the range. So it is warm, medium complex and clear as you'd expect from the EAK sound, but it plays slightly lighter with a more open crash. An awesome cymbal!
